Returns Policy
Mak Marine wants your experience with us to be as easy as possible. With this in mind, we understand that sometimes items may not be suitable and need to be returned.
If a product purchased from us is faulty, incorrectly described, or different from the product description, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase.
If you have changed your mind, you may also return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery – if the goods are in their original condition. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
Mak Marine will cover the costs for return postage when there was an error with the order, or the product is faulty. We will send you a return postage paid parcel bag to facilitate the return.
If you have simply changed your mind, the return postage will be at your expense.
You will be responsible for ensuring the product is returned in the condition it was purchased in and to ensure it is correctly packaged for postage. Mak Marine is not responsible for any loss or damage to returned parcels.
If your product was a special order, there may be fees involved with returning it to the supplier. If this is the case, this fee will be charged to you or removed from your refund (if applicable).

Refunds:
Online Store: If your purchase was made via our online store, a refund can ONLY be processed to the card you used during that online transaction. Purchases via the online store are handled by a third-party for security purposes and it is for this reason refund will only be to the original card. No exceptions.
If the card that was used has been cancelled by your financial institution, you will have to get in contact with your financial institution to arrange for the refund to be processed to your account.
In Store Purchases: if your purchase was in-store and the original card is no longer available, we will be able to refund to a different card. No cash refunds will be given for purchases made by cards.
Non-Returnable Items.
Some items are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
